These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TokenFlow OTP API, customer portal, and related services provided by Infydex ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). By requesting access, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
TokenFlow provides a business-to-business API for sending and verifying one-time passwords (OTPs) via WhatsApp and Telegram. Features include per-service API keys, configurable rate limits, OTP audit logs, and a customer portal for assigned organizations.
Access is provisioned by the Service Provider after review of a signup request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of portal credentials and API keys. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable messaging, telecom, and data-protection regulations. You must obtain valid consent from end users before sending OTP messages to their phone numbers. Prohibited uses include spam, harassment, fraud, and transmission of unlawful content.
API access is subject to per-service rate limits and fair-use policies. We may suspend or throttle access that threatens platform stability or violates these Terms.
Pricing plans displayed on our website describe intended packages. Billing terms for your organization are confirmed during onboarding. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining consents from your end users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted delivery. OTP delivery depends on third-party messaging platforms and network conditions outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may request account closure by contacting otpspace.support@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Service Provider, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
